What the current application is designed to do, and what has not been verified for the real service.
Organisation access
Signed-in access is checked against organisation membership. Database access rules restrict records by organisation; local tests with synthetic records have checked cross-organisation reads and writes. Those tests do not replace a signed-in check against the real service.
Documents
Equipment, project and compliance documents use private storage with time-limited download links. Uploaded documents are not currently scanned by a connected malware-scanning provider.
Backups & recovery
A restore rehearsal using synthetic records in a disposable local database passed. The real service’s backup schedule, retention, latest backup and restore process have not been verified; no restore of the real service has been tested. Database backups alone do not cover stored document files or service settings.
Privacy & payments
The Privacy Policy is a draft pending legal review, not an approved policy. Live charging is off; payment testing does not mean real payments are enabled.
